Vietnam's 1st Tokenized ID Visitor Management at the Central Plaza Office Building in Hochiminh City

VRCN Ltd. is pleased to announce that the Plaza Hotel Building Management of the Sofitel - Central Plaza Building Complex in Hochiminh City has officially launched the Vietnam's first visitor management system in tokenized ID technology via VRCN's BooknMeet cloud booking platform to issue real time virtual e-passes on mobile to general visitors, service contractors and delivery personnels to the office building tower of the complex.
The secure e-pass contains scrambling tokenized information of the visitor instead of the fixed card number with private key generally used in the conventional access control industry. Any copied pass will be rejected by the cloud authentication platform of VRCN even it is used prior to the true e-pass and the system is able to recognize from which that e-pass is copied.
Besides, visitors need not install any native app but receive the secure e-pass against copying via the social media, Zalo (a similar version of WhatsApp in Vietnam), in their mobile phones, apart from emails.
Real time dashboard reports can be generated easily within a few clicks so that the building management could know how many people and who are exactly inside the building at a certain point of time. This will provide important information in case any undesirable incident would happen, helpful to any supervisory bodies in critical decision making.
The timely mapping of time attendance data and other answers in the questionnaire of visitor registration with corresponding tenants would also reveal significant data analytics and patterns of visitor flow and building resources consumption. It is the first-of-its-kind in Vietnam.
The Sofitel Plaza Building complex is regarded as one of the key landmarks at the CBD of Hochiminh City in Vietnam. Key tenants include major listed companies, global banker, conglomerates of consumer product groups and international government agency, etc.
